Open both sachets and empty contents into the water. Cover and reduce heat, let simmer for half an hour. Turn heat off. Let stand overnight. Using the 2 sachets that the herbal bath comes in, strain equal amounts of herb through the bags. Tie off each bag and place in the fridge. You can then use the sachets (one time use) to apply to perineum to help with swelling, and sore perineum. Pour liquid into 2 equal amounts (I suggest 1 litre mason jars). Place mason jars in the fridge until needed. keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. May also make ahead and freeze (I suggest 1-litre yogurt containers if freezing). Place herbal water into your bath. This is enough for 2 baths.
