Description
This is gourmet all-natural salt from a natural mineral rock source, with no heat processing, additives, or preservatives. Unlike most table salts, Redmond Real Salt is not bleached, kiln dried, heated, or altered with chemicals or pollutants in any way.

RealSalt comes from an ancient sea bed in Central Utah, and delivers more than 60 trace minerals (including Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Copper, and Zinc), which provide a much richer taste compared to normal table salts, which tend to process or strip those minerals away.
This natural mineral salt has been ground very fine – finer than most table sugar, even. It comes in a fairly large plastic bag with feature a convenient resealable screw-top cap which is designed to pour into most salt shakers or salt mills/grinders, without the need for a funnel.
