  • Directions:

    Wash peas. Bring to boil 3 parts of water for 1 part of peas. Reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.


    Add to salads. Mix with tomato sauce, pasta and grated cheese. Cover with seasoned bread crumbs and bake.
